Litigation

Clay Chapman Iwamura Pulice & Nervell's litigation teams provide experienced, professional, innovative, and cost-effective services to effectively represent clients and to resolve disputes in all civil matters that involve litigation in State and Federal courts.

Each litigation matter is carefully reviewed with the client and a fee arrangement is created, whether based upon an hourly charge, fixed fee or a contingency arrangement or other innovative approaches, customized to suit the client's situation, interests and resources. The fee arrangement for every litigation matter undertaken by the firm is confirmed in a written agreement with the client.
