Clay Chapman Iwamura Pulice & Nervell's Condominium practice group provides advice and assistance in both the development of condominium properties and the management of condominium associations.

On the development side, the firm advises clients in tall aspects of condominium development, including land acquisition and financing; zoning and land use; joint ventures with debt and/or equity partners; contracts with architects, contractors and property managers; preparation of governing documents, including public reports, declarations, by-laws, and house rules; and sale of units.

Based on our knowledge and experience in condominium law and the drafting of the governing documents, we also represent condominium associations in all aspects of the managements of condominium associations, including interpretation, amending and governing documents; litigation and collections of delinquent accounts; education and training for board members; assistance in the smooth running of board meetings, association meetings and voting; and relationships with management companies, contractors, employees and vendors.
