Brad concentrates his practice in the areas of real estate development and finance, real estate workouts and restructuring, real estate foreclosure, insolvency, purchase and sales contracts, exchange agreements, ground and retail leases, limited partnerships, joint venture agreements, business and corporate formation, commercial transactions, corporate litigation and commercial litigation.

Mr. Pulice is member of the Real Estate, Business Formation, Corporate and Condominium Practice Groups. He represents a broad spectrum of clients in connection with real estate development, construction, investment, leasing, lending, and operational matters, as well as complex secured and unsecured financing transactions.

Mr. Pulice’s practice also includes general corporate and commercial activities, including entity formation, governance, policies and procedures, and reporting and compliance matters.

Brad was admitted to the Hawaii Bar in 1989 after graduating from the University of Hawaii with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and receiving his law degree from Golden Gate University in 1988. Brad is a member of the Hawaii State Bar Association and the American Bar Association (Member: Litigation, Business and Real Estate Sections).
