Bradley Pulice

Brad concentrates his practice in the areas of real estate development and finance, real estate workouts and restructuring, real estate foreclosure, insolvency, purchase and sales contracts, exchange agreements, ground and retail leases, limited partnerships, joint venture agreements, business and corporate formation, commercial transactions, corporate litigation and commercial litigation.

Brad has been extensively involved in leasing transactions on behalf of landlords and tenants and represents owners and users of of space in lease negotiations involving office, retail and other commercial space throughout the State of Hawaii and the continental United States.

Brad was admitted to the Hawaii Bar in 1989 after graduating from the University of Hawaii with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and receiving his law degree from Golden Gate University in 1988. Brad is a member of the Hawaii State Bar Association and the American Bar Association ( Member: Litigation, Business and Real Estate Sections).
