Ann E. McIntire

Ms. McIntire concentrates her practice in the areas of real estate, collections, civil litigation, and business formation.

Ms. McIntire earned her B.A. in Political Science from California State University at Fullerton, Fullerton, California, in 1993 and her J.D. from Lewis and Clark Law School in Portland, Oregon in 1996, where she graduated in the top one-third of her law school class.  During law school, Ms. McIntire was an active member of the Women Lawyers Group.  She was admitted to the California Bar in 1996 and practiced in the areas of subrogation, personal injury, employment law, and business law before relocating to Hawaii in 2013.  She was an active member of the National Association of Subrogation Professionals while practicing in California and also volunteered her time on a pro bono basis at the Public Law Center of Orange County.

Ms. McIntire is a member of the California and Hawaii State Bars and admitted to practice in the State Courts of Hawaii, State Courts of California and Federal Courts: Northern and Central Districts of California.
